Edwardian Music HallGet your knees up Mother Brown, do the Lambeth Walk down to Dudley Canal Trust Trips and don’t dilly dally on the way…

Recognise the Edwardian Music Hall favourites? Well, you can enjoy these and more at the nostalgic evening of Edwardian Music Hall in Dudley Canal’s Singing Cavern this month.

Sign up and sing-a-long to I Do Like to Be Beside the Seaside, Daisy Bell, Any Old Iron and more treasured greats from the likes of Ivor Novello and Gilbert and Sullivan.

The show brings to life the concerts of bygone days which have taken place in the caverns for over a hundred years.

Keeping to the tradition of the times, the night will also feature spoken monologues in the Music Hall tradition, so the limestone cavern will be ringing with laughter as well as well-known melodies.

Combined with the unique acoustics and atmosphere of the underground tunnels – it promises to be a truly unforgettable night.

So, what are you waiting for? Don’t be a Dolly Daydream, book now for a little of what you fancy!

Boats depart for the concert at 5.30pm on Friday 29th August, and tickets are £10.80 which includes the travel into and out of the cavern in one of Dudley Canal Trust’s special electric tunnel tripping boats. Refreshments will be on sale on the canal towpath before the show.

Tickets are available from the Dudley Canal Trust Trips offices in person or by calling 0121 557 6265.
