On June 28th, the limestone caverns will become a giant underground cinema as the Canal Trust screens the classic 1929 silent horror film ‘Phantom of the Opera’.

Regarded by many as the first great horror film, and certainly the best of the silent era, Phantom of the Opera starred Hollywood greats Lon Chaney and Mary Philbin and was directed by Rupert Julian.

This show will be brought to life with a live music soundtrack performed by the Black Country Guitar Quartet in the atmospheric underground concert venue.

This is a brand new show to hit the Dudley Canal in 2014 and promises to be a unique experience – certainly one not to be missed!

Tickets are £15 each and are available to purchase from Dudley Canal Trust Trips now.
